There were 184 homes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 30 days with a median home price of $255,000 and an median price-per-square-foot of $102.96, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
Last month, 179 single family houses for sale closed with a median sales price of $243,900 and a median price-per-square-foot of $101.17. One year ago, 174 single family houses for sale closed with a median sales price of $241,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $103.26.*
